Lessons & Classes
We offer group classes, private lessons, small group lessons (2-4) and supervised sparring sessions. All levels are welcome! We love beginners, so don't be shy. Expect a good cardio workout with some elements of strength training and bag work.
Daily Class Schedule
Monday & Wednesday
Boxing Bootcamp
7AM-7:45AM
Efficiency is the name of the game. This class will focus on getting your heart rate up while executing combat sport specific conditioning movements. Short, sweet and a hell of workout!
Boxing Technique
6 PM - 7 PM
Here, we teach the art of the sweet science. This class is our boxing classroom, we cover technique, strategy and fundamentals. Great class for all experience levels.
Tuesday & Thursday
Midday Boxing
12PM - 1PM
Ever see Rocky? Well this class is like doing Rocky's training session except with our own Austin version of Mickey!
Boxing Conditioning
6PM - 7PM
High intensity! This is the class that will get you in shape fast! Focusing on both cardio and functional movement conditioning. You will want a basic boxing foundation for this class so not recommended for first timers with no boxing experience.
Young Warriors Youth Class
Kid Class 8-13 y/o
Monday and Wednesday: 4:30pm-5:15pm
Saturday: 1:00pm
Specifically designed for our Young Warriors ages 8-13, this class focuses on establishing a strong boxing fundamentals base for kids while also building confidence and mental and physical toughness!

The Friday Rundown
6PM - 7PM
Dealers choice on this class! We start each class with trivia and the workout builds from there based on how many questions the class answers correctly. Lets Go!
1-on-1 and Small Group Training Sessions
Monday - Saturday
Work 1-on-1 (or bring a partner or up to 3 friends for a small group session) with some of the best boxing trainers in central Texas.
They will tailor the lessons to meet your goals & interests and will show you how to generate incredible speed and punching power.
Sparring
Saturday

If and when you're ready to put your training to the test, learn to fight and spar in a safe place under the supervision of seasoned professionals.
Open Gym
Monday - Saturday
Our gym is open to our members Monday-Friday 1pm-3pm and 7pm-9pm and 10am-1pm on Saturday. All bags and weights are available for you to move at your own pace. Practice makes perfect!
